Return Policy

We are a local, small business and are unable to issue refunds, except in the case of a manufacturers defect or an incorrectly sent item; however, we are happy to accept an exchange for store credit within 2 days of receipt. Any issues reported after this timeframe will be handled at our discretion. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@greenboheme.ca within 2 days to obtain prior confirmation that your request can be approved. Inquiries over social media are not guaranteed to be received. Once we have authorized your return, please send us the unused item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date you received your order. We do not accept returns for items recieved after this period of time. 

Return shipments are handled at the consumer’s expense. We recommend tracking and insuring, as Green Bohème cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Store credit is issued once the returned items are received.

Discounted items, personal care products, unpackaged goods, and perishables are final sale. We cannot offer refunds for delayed deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, or deliveries returned to us because they were not collected by the recipient. 

Please note that handmade items will have natural variations and "imperfections". This is what makes them unique from mass produced items. We do not offer refunds on these items, but a store credit can be arranged once the item is returned to us.

If you would like to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible to ensure we can do this for you. Once an order is fulfilled and a shipping label acquired, we cannot make changes to your purchase.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and do not expire. Gift cards are for online purchases only.
